Bambi

Bambi was made in 1942

Directed by: David Hand

Bambi is about the life of a deer who is the heir of the forest. You see Bambi (Donnie Dunagan) growing up as he learns his life lessons and deals with life's issues with his mother (Paula Winslowe). He meets two friends named Thumper (Peter Behn) and Flower (Stan Alexander) who grow up with him. Bambi's dad (Fred Shields) who is the Prince of the Forest is distant but watches over Bambi from afar. The movie also has a message that hunting is wrong and people should stay out of the forest, leaving its natural beauty.

One factor that made Bambi an animation movie is that the animals talk. Most animated movies give personification making animals talk. Bambi also had bright colors in the forest that usually aren't found in forests but are appealing to eyes. That is also a characteristic found in animated movies.

I personally didn't like the movie because it was boring. The whole entire movie was Bambi running around and there was barely any talking and there wasnt even a real plot line. I give it 4 out of 10 stars.
